About me: Hi, I'm Kool Kat. A country kid (yeah, I know, “kid”, humour me...) at heart, I’ve spent about four years in total travelling overseas, have lived in a few different cities and the odd tiny town on the edge of a desert. I started uni twice but things got in the way of ever completing a degree and now I'm more interested in learning by living. I'd say I'm vaguely creative, slightly left of centre, a word-nerd, interested in anything that stimulates the senses - interesting art, books, movies, music, food, wine, travel, great views - easy going and an optimist. I'm pretty open-minded and want to find people and experiences that keep me growing as a person.

I am looking for this type of friend: The qualities in people that attract me are intelligence (and emotional intelligence), an interest in people and curiosity about life in general, have lived a little, fun, someone who doesn't monopolise conversations but can teach me something or introduce me to new ideas or things. Or maybe just someone to have a laugh and a decent chat with.
