How it all began: The search for a bit of intelligent female conversation...

About me: I'm a New Zealander and have been living here for about fifteen years. I work fulltime and look after family so am a bit short of opportunities to socialise. I just thought might give this a try. I'm fairly articulate and enjoy conversation with most people. It's a bit hard to be more specific with a generic topic.

I am looking for this type of friend: I guess I'm looking for a conversation with an honest exchange of views; who can accept and appreciate a different perspective, and maybe if some common ground is found then some friendship? I do have some life long friends over Enzed but they aren't here and whilst I'm definitely not lonely some intelligent female conversation from time to time would definitely not go astray. Anyway...

The things I care most about are: The people who are close to me and trying to do the best in what are different times and trying to have a laugh along the way
